5 Major Policies

1. no shows / no calls will be charged for the visit they missed (charge will be doubled on next visit)
2. if your dog is matted, there will be an additional up-charge after the dog is assessed
3. please be on time - we do a high volume of dogs & it helps us get your dog in and out faster if people show up on time
4. we will text you as soon as your dog is done and ready to be picked up
5. if you or your dog are difficult to work with there could be an additional Up-charge from $10

additional info
- dog grooming appointments (full grooms) will have to be made in advance
- doodles and any long hair, thick coat dogs will have to be dropped off in the morning and remain all day
- walk ins allowed (if staff permits): nail color, bath, brush out, nails, paw-pads, sanitize trim
- hours vary depending on client needs (drop offs starting at 6am)
- pick up no later than:
- mon-thur = 6pm
fri = 5pm
sat = 4pm
